CNC Manufacturing Programmer / Designer
Work alongside a team of Engineers, Designers and Machinists in developing and executing in-house manufacturing processes for specialized turbomachinery components and supporting the discrete manufacturing environment due to recent growth and business expansion.
Manufacturing Specialist / CNC Programmer
Develop and execute in-house manufacturing processes for specialized turbomachinery components. Generate tool path files from SolidWorks (and STEP file) 3D models using CAM software. Support optimization and troubleshooting of machining operations and equipment – including recommendations on feeds and speeds.
Manufacturing Program Manager
Partner with team of Engineers, Designers and Machinists in developing and driving in-house manufacturing processes for niche turbomachinery components. Execution of tasks related to in-house CNC manufacturing. Develop and manage systems for organizing and controlling machine programming files.
Mechanical Design Engineer
Responsible for the design, development, and project execution of proprietary, reciprocating pumps and compressors, specialty equipment, and machinery support systems. Execute mechanical design tasks related to won projects and product development initiatives, support of aftermarket activities and engineering tasks.
Assist the Gardner & Rotoflow Master Schedulers in creating and maintaining the Master Production Schedules in SAP, maintaining order releases, confirming material availability, and educating others on how MRP functions within SAP to create the Master Production Schedule.
Product Scheduler – Engineering
Act as a liaison between the engineering team and their stakeholders. Develop, establish, and maintain alignment in the multi-disciplinary engineering schedule of tasks and activities. Collaborate with partners to assign resources to tasks and activities to ensure workload is balanced, resource capability matches the tasks, and work is prioritized appropriately.
Provides day-to-day coordination of activities in support of production and facility preventive maintenance, custodial services, events, safety, procurement, contracted services and environmental waste. As part of the on-site team, the facility coordinator will interact daily with the shop supervisor, technicians, engineering, EHSQ and procurement.
Lead cross-functional teams focused on satisfying customer needs and manage orders for spare parts, repairs, field services, upgrades and rerates of centrifugal turbomachinery. Work collaboratively with Proposal Managers to receive assigned orders; develop and implement appropriate execution plans that address execution, budget, and schedule; and put in place a successful team.
Responsible for providing engineering support for spares, repairs, upgrades, reverse engineering, and field service of all types of turbomachinery. Develop, update, and/or implement procedures and processes for servicing a variety of turbomachinery products.
Aftermarket Machinery Technician
Responsible for assembly of repairs, testing and reconditioning of parts and components of a variety of expansion, compression, and fluid handling equipment used in air separation, hydrocarbon, and petrochemical applications.
