Joseph Voda
General Manager, Rotoflow
Mr. Voda is responsible for the Rotoflow & Gardner Cryogenics businesses. He has been with Air Products for more than 17 years and has over a decade of experience in products and turbomachinery within the industrial gases, hydrocarbon and LNG industries. Mr. Voda served as director of business and execution for Rotoflow, before assuming his current position. Prior to joining Rotoflow, Mr. Voda held numerous product engineering and business roles, most recently managing the Business Development team in Air Products’ LNG organization where he was responsible for development of new products and strategic technology partnerships. Throughout his career he has led the creation of new products for industrial gases and LNG markets and was granted multiple patents for novel product solutions. Mr. Voda holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Lehigh University.

Ethan Eiswerth
Head of Engineering
Mr. Eiswerth is responsible for Rotoflow’s engineering, innovation, quality assurance, vertical integration, and business improvement teams with a specific focus on process improvements in order to create a more agile organization and position Rotoflow’s global turbomachinery expertise to align with growth in new markets. He has more than 20 years of turbomachinery engineering experience after having held numerous engineering roles within the Air Products CryoMachinery Department. As a product development engineer, Mr. Eiswerth led the development of a new, high-speed, permanent magnet generator-loaded, gas-bearing expander, with power recovery, and developed concepts for an in-line expander for LNG applications. Prior to this, as a machinery design engineer, he performed commissioning and startup of Air Products equipment on the world’s first operating floating LNG production plant. Mr. Eiswerth holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Bucknell University and has extensive experience with API-617, API-614, API-670, ASME B31.3, and ASME BPVC Sections II, VIII, and IX.

Craig Thornton
Director, Supply Chain & Organization Enablement
Mr. Thornton leads the Supply Chain, Quality and Organizational Enablement functions, with responsibility for procurement, product quality, and business improvement. He brings over 25 years of diverse supply chain leadership experience, including sourcing, execution, supplier quality and strategic development. Prior to joining Air Products, Mr. Thornton held senior leadership roles in supply chain and subcontract management across large construction, maintenance and manufacturing organizations. Mr. Thornton holds a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) designation from the Institute for Supply Management, a B.S. in business management from Georgetown University, and an MBA from Eastern University.

Matt Johnston
Reverse Engineering & Aftermarket Technology GFO
Mr. Johnston is responsible for the engineering and design of Rotoflow Aftermarket equipment. In this role, he leads engineering, design, and project management teams and is responsible for ensuring operability, reliability and functional excellence for Rotoflow products. Having been with Air Products for more than 30 years, Mr. Johnston has extensive experience with cryogenic turbomachinery. Prior to his current position, he was a mechanical design engineer, responsible for the concept, layout, performance, reliability, installation, commissioning, start-up and troubleshooting of turbomachinery. Mr. Johnston holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Purdue University.

Mike Hessick
Manager of Product Delivery
Mr. Hessick leads the Product Delivery organization, providing leadership of the project execution, product development and innovation, and proposal management teams. He has been with Air Products for more than 14 years and during his tenure has supported the development and execution of industrial gas plants around the world. Mr. Hessick’s previous roles include leading the project development and engineering teams for standard generated gas plants, on-site project management of an integrated gasification combined cycle plant in Saudi Arabia, as well as strategic sourcing and project development of world-class hydrogen and CO production plants. Prior to joining Air Products, he held roles in application engineering and technical sales support for large rotating machinery. Mr. Hessick holds a B.S. in chemical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Lehigh University.

Linda Kordi
Global Head of Sales & Strategy
Ms. Kordi heads the global Business Development team, providing leadership for the commercial organization and collaborating across the business to deliver technical solutions and sustained customer value. She has more than 20 years of experience in global commercial and sales leadership centered primarily on capital equipment and specialty chemicals. Based in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, she works with customers and internal stakeholders worldwide to support Rotoflow’s growth objectives and service commitments across key markets. Ms. Kordi holds a B.S. in chemical engineering and a master’s in engineering management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and an MBA from Louisiana State University.
